This is the first phase of our basement remodel. This gym was designed so it could easily be converted to a bedroom if needed in the future or for resell.
Phase II - Wine cellar and tasting room will be completed in a couple of weeks.
Phase III - Bathroom, this will start in two weeks
Phase IV - pub bar and pool area
Phase V - home theater with fireplace
Yes, we actually use it. The hardest part about working out is getting started. I am not as good as she is getting into the gym. I have found if I force myself to "work out for 5 minutes" it is easy to stretch it into 30 minutes or more.
