We had the original bathroom in our 1935 bungalow, except for the medicine cabinet. It was a poor man's throne. There was no storage. The wall treatment was linolieum meant to look like tile. Everything had been painted white. The best part was the Kohler sink and tub that had a sort of scalloped, sea shell motif. It was just a tub; there was no shower
It was a complete gut. The job was subbed out to a carpenter friend and my bother-in-law. My wife had decided to do this 10 days before she delivered our first born. Nesting got real with this one.
