Our new house is really outdated. Everything was still as it was in 1977 when the house was built. The Master Bath was freaky and hideous. The vanity was huge, but only had one small sink in the center of it. There was rust on the mirror and half of the lights over the mirror didn't even work! The shower was super small and entirely closed in with a small door to enter. It was like walking into a linen closet to take a shower. On the side of the shower was a huge sliding glass door that went nowhere other than the side yard of the house. We decided to gut the entire bathroom and redesign it. We drew our inspiration from several designs we had seen on HGTV and came up with our own unique design for our small master bath. We did most of the remodel ourselves. It took us nearly 4 months to complete this project, but it was really rewarding to see our vision come to fruition. Here are our before and after pictures.
