We were waiting to change the kids' bath with a full upstairs renovation that kept getting put off. One weekend, I got so tired with their old nasty bathroom we decided to do a quick makeover. My inspiration came from a shower curtain and was so excited with the island idea. My husband is not only very handy but is also very artistic so the weekend makeover turned into a complete renovation. We had exta tile and cabinetry from our kitchen remodel 4 years earlier so the renovation probably cost about $500 which included 6 personalized "beach" towels. I can't thank my hubby enough for not only realizing what we needed to do but doing his usual trick and taking the project on whole heartedly and using his amazing talents to get it done. Lucky Lady
