Under $4,000, remodeled, old style 1940s bath with cast iron tub and sink, 2 inch thick concrete under tile. Did all the work ourselves except electrical. I was 54 yo and wife was 63. Although it took about six weeks, we only worked on it about 4 hours a day on average, in the winter. And it was worth it!
