We had just bought the house and it was neglected for a while. The mater bath was bad, it had been patched a few times and you could see down in to the room below. There was mold and the shower was in need of help. So we gutted it and totally remodeled it for less then 2000. We wanted something modern and clean but had a very tight budget due to the rest of the house needing help as well.
