This is my front/guest bathroom. It's not retiled and all this fancy stuff (that will come later) but I wanted to jazz up an otherwise boring bathroom. So I have some before and afters and in between progress decisions before this final look. The highlight is the shell shower curtain!!!

First bought the house the main bath had silver metallic wall paper, and plastic blue tile taped on, with vinyl flooring, and old fixtures. We have removed the wall paper and tile and have smoothed out the walls. Painted a light sand color, installed new vanity and a new toilet. Can't decide on to paint the tall cabinet or to take out tub and replace surround.. Ideas? Paint wall darker color?

Something to capture your eyes while enjoying doing your thing in your bathroom is awesome.
We bought this 113 year old house and the people before us had painted the main bath a flat tannish brown. I repainted and changed the color and wondered about a space between the tub and the hall and found a boxed in space about 16" by 36" and made a closet in the bathroom and the hall. There is still more to be done change out the light fixtures and put in an old claw foot cast iron tub.
