Tiny, but sparkly!, This is my (very tiny) water closet. (Before: NAVY wallpaper... from previous owners.) I laid the ceramic floor. This space/my heart just screamed for a chandelier. (Yes those are critters hanging from ceiling... on wire that I hand [pink!] beaded... they like the sparkle too. ...I like a bit of FuNkY.) (The long fish is a piece of my own watercolor artwork.) Instead of (yuck!) wallpaper border at ceiling I framed a looong row of real bluebonnets. :-) :-), Bathrooms Design
Bathroom Ready to be Painted!, Please give me your opinion on the paint colors that I am thinking about using. I want to use the lighter green in the front of the bathroom and the darker green in the back behind the arch and behind the shower curtain. (P.S. There are stripes of the light and dark green in my shower curtain), Bathrooms Design
White & Contemporary, we have a small bathroom and wanted to make it look as large as we could. By making it white and uncluttered I think we have achieved that. By putting a skylite over the bath we were able to bring light into a dark room. We loved the 1by1inch grey granite tile so we used it on a accent wall and used grey black and white above the bath. Sleek and Clean!, Bathrooms Design
Fresh and pretty bathroom, This is my main bath where I wanted to continue my attempt at vintage style in a new home. It probably has more of a Pottery Barn feel as I don't have a claw foot tub but I love my medicine cabinet pedestal sink spa blue paint colour and chandelier. It has a fresh look that I enjoy in a bathroom. I also have my laundry area in here. I love vintage laundry implements. I roam the fleamarkets looking for treasures!, Bathrooms Design
Hall bath, Dad's house, My husband recently renovated my dads hall bathroom with travertine and tumbled marble feature strip., Bathrooms Design
Fleur de Lis Bathroom, I recently redid my small master bath. It's my first home and my first space to try my luck at. I'm a Louisiana native and wanted a space that reflected that rich tradition and culture. All of the photos on the walls are ones I took myself on a trip to historic Natchitoches LA. I used a gold metallic faux finish on the walls and a lot of iron fleur de lis fixtures that I found at a market in Baton Rouge LA. I hope you like it as much as I do., Bathrooms Design
