Thank you Decor Enthusiast, I rolled the tabs behind the header and sewed them down. Much better. I inched the dresser to center. Not much room left to walk around bed, but it'll work. I switched the lamps and took the decor away. You were right on that scale. I'd take a pic but hubby has the camera today.

Warm and wonderful, almost! Agree, tab tops are not what you need. Can you remove them, make a rod pocket and add a border of the yellow or gold in your pillows so they graze the floor again? Also I find the dresser decor and placement under par. Your wall hanging is enough for the walls of this room. The other items on the dresser are oddly mixed and underscale. Would be better with one large lamp and with the dresser centered on that space or even cornered at an angle.

Yes, it is bright and cheerful, you did good there. I don't know why but I really dislike tab top curtains, it would have been nice to have seen curtains with some color or pattern. Maybe add a few more pillows to the bed and your all set!
