What I loved most about my bedroom when I first moved in was the great views of the trees outside surrounding my windows so I decided to keep the windows pretty viewable at all times and bring in the bright green from the outside in. I also liked the idea of making simple branch art in DIY lace mason jars and keeping plants such as a little spruce and some pink potted tea roses in the windows. I wanted to use a lot of natural elements. My walls and tile floors are beige and I accented with ivory trimming and white trimming. Black is my beau's favorite color so I wanted to incorporate that color with a rug, bed skirt, and smaller accents. I love the black with the bright green and beige. Of course my cats had to be in my pictures because really, they complete my room ! Anyway, hope you like my bedroom :
