Beautiful room. I see nothing wrong with pictures of your kids in your bedroom. I have them. I think that the pictures might look a little too contemporary for such a traditional setting. The pictures are beautiful though. You have gorgeous taste and this is just my style. I love that mirror above the table. Great job! I wouldn't leave.

I absolutely love this room, bright and warm at the same time! I think having your kids' pictures in this room is a personal choice and can be debated forever, so if it's a choice you are happy with, then keep them there! The only thing I could possibly suggest is to have a beautiful chandelier making it more romantic... I agree the bedroom should be warm and inviting and calming, but also romantic no matter where you are in your relationship (beginning, middle or sunset years the feeling of romance will always help you feel connected and want to be around each other and at the very least snuggle up to each other and enjoy each others presence.

I always felt that family photos belonged in the bedroom. I don't like to put them in the living areas as much so that guests coming in aren't overwhelmed by our pictures. The bedroom seems the perfect place.

I love it and give it 5 stars! Yet, I agree that the kid pictures don't seem to fit in this room. Something more elegant would be better and more fitting with the rest of the decor. The kid pics are great, but not in this room.

Absolutely gorgeous bedroom....uh.....minus the kids pics. They're cute and all but, for me, kids belong in the family room and the bedroom is a place for intimacy. Puts me off a bit but just my personal taste. If it floats your boat, then go for it!

Soothing,elegant yes but you appear to have young children, a bedroom also should be a place for romance and passion. Perhaps a little more color so you won't go to sleep.

Beautiful! I just want to get under the covers! I love the kids pictures and I would not have clicked on this room if they hadn't been there! I think they are elegant and those that think they don't belong here, your crazy!
