The furniture is fabulous. The bed an bedding look so rich. I second or third lenthening the drapes. I like the valances but I am not sure the panels due justice to the elegant feel you have going on. Maybe you could paint the jewlery armoire to make it tie in better. Your score should be much higher.

That furniture and the bedding are gorgeous... I know what it's like; not to be able to place things where you want them... Because of doors plugs switches windows etc... I actually searched for a while until I found the bedroom furniture that would fit where I wanted it... I was lucky to find pieces that would fit odd wall sizes...

I couldn't center the bed on the wall because the bathroom door is at the other end and if I shift the furniture down even a little I was afraid that the dresser and the nightstand would feel very closed in (I was dissapointed that I couldnt center with the ceiling peak as well. The drapes were from my old set but I was hoping that they would go with this one guess not. The white piece of furniture is a whitewashed jewlery armoire (I was originally getting a whitewashed poster bedroom set but fell in love with this set! I will put it into my closet and replace with a chaise for a sitting area down by the armoire when the budget allows

After looking at all your bedroom pics I think perhaps the photos don't do justice to your color scheme. It looks like the color of your curtains probably tie into the pillows on the bed. The curtains do need to be lengthened so that they touch the floor or even puddle on the floor. It might be hard to center the bed under the peak because it looks like maybe there isn't room to shift the bed that far left. Your furniture is exceptional and the bedding is very nice. I think you have done well with the space.

I would center the bed on that wall and perhaps lighten the wall color a bit to show off that gorgeous bed. And adding a strip of brown/mocha banding around the drapes is an excellent idea to take them all the way to the floor. Only a few minor tweaks and you have a dream bedroom. Love that bed.

To add to what others have said the draperies need to go to the floor.

From what I can tell there should be a shift of the furniture. The center of the bed should be equal to the peak in ceiling. The dresser looks a little big for the wall space it is on and the armoire looks to small for where it is (to bad all your switches are in the middle of the wall that is a great place for the armoire. What is the white piece of furniture? I also think all three lamps are to small for the room. The two lamps on the nightstands would look better off to one side instead of in the middle by doing that you can better accessorize them. By moving them to the side you could also add pictures behind the lamps. I think I would also add some lighter and more patterned or floral pillows so they don't all blend so much. Your bedding and furniture are beautiful. Looking at this shot of your bedroom it is like looking at my own bedroom.

lamps too small i would paint the wall a lighter color to enhance the grea tbed...theres just too much brown..drapes arent full enough and color seems wrong.
