Ok .. time for grown up bedroom and losing the pink tones. Find a gorgeous luxurious bedding set you love that works with the rug ( which I love! and black furniture. Red and white or yellow and white toile would be wonderful.. if you don't like toile, go for something very colorful and luxurious or a simple matelasse in white and add oddles of print pillows in different fabrics, blankets, colorful sheets. Drapes to coordinate but keep them simple in style for that small room. If you use toile, do black and white toile on the window and again rich fabrics for pillows. Paint all that french furniture semi gloss black and gold leaf the trim around the top.. not a bright gold.. more burnished. Find 1 old french style headboard or two twins... do them like the other pieces. 2 larger crystal lamps. Paint the walls a very grayed green (rug leaf color but a shade darker. Jewelry chest to the bath or new closet. Use beautiful prints on the walls in black frames and antique frames.
