Love your colors and the warmth factor! Am wondering why you didn't put the table under the chandy - looks like it could use a couple of bulbs. Artwork should not float away to the ceiling and in this case, it should definitely cover the electric box. I would rehang the art so it covers the box, and is at the end of the table, which is placed lengthwise under the chandy. Paint the light switch to match the walls. Move the buffet away from the doors to where the table is against the wall. Make sure it is far enough from the table for easy pulling out of chairs and circulation. If the chandy is so close to the doors that it is impossible to exit with the table there, I would consider having an electrician in to make adjustments so the dining area is more useful. It is too nice an area to be so off balance.
