Dining Room - in progress. Need suggestions for more wall hangings to put with this main picture. The wall is 10' long. Have thought about adding plates in the accent color I've yet to decide on.

What is the accent color? The picture you've hung appears to be black/white/gray. I also agree with the other posters that the picture is more contemporary and your dining room set is more traditional. I personally don't think that the picture goes in your dining room at all. If I were you, I would replace that picture with a large framed mirror, then accent the mirror on both sides, as well as above it, with some pretty plates.

We can't see the room, only part of one wall, and part of your dining set. Is there a rug with some color in it, to use as a cue for color? Are there drapes on the window with color? The furniture and light fixture are traditional, while the picture is contemporary. What style are you going towards? At this stage, all that can be said is that this picture is too small for this space.
