Barely used dining room converted to an Irish pub. 10.5' L-shaped bar, chalkboard from 100+ year old school professionally framed. The old dining room is now located in the lesser used formal living room.
I just moved in. I'm trying to figure out what to do with this white wall that is behind my TV. I considered painting the wall and nice honey color. I really need suggestions on what type of artwork or paint color or something that would tie the room together.
I just combined dinnerware I've collected from over the years and changed the decorations on the buffet.

This room was a compete gut, took down walls opened up stair case- new window, replaced floors, cieling (with some white plank), added the veneer stone rock wall and covered the existing chimney and re did with all pine cherry stained trim! No hired "professional" help- just the family!
I removed an old 60's intercom system thinking I would just paint the inside and it would look okay. Well, it doesn't. Any idea's of making it look better? The space is in the dining room and to make things more difficult, my home is for sale, so I can't place pictures or furnishings over it. Thank you!!
