I had to laugh out loud today when I was at the local nursery/garden center. As I probably mentioned on one of your other postings, I absolutely LOVE your garden. I had our Printing Dept print off ALL of your pictures so I could marvel, try to replicate, marvel some more, etc. I have written down every plant description you've mentioned in your posts (thanks for doing that...you've made it so much easier for people like myself. I specifically remembered seeing the "Weeping Snow Fountain Cherry," but I have NEVER seen one and it isn't even pictured (very much on this photo. Well...while drooling over the flowering trees ONE in particular caught my eye. I went straight to it...absolutely in LOVE with it....and read the tag. It read "Weeping Snow Fountain Cherry." I laughed out loud and thought "Of course it is!" It just reiterates why I love your garden. It is everything that I love! So Beautiful! Again, thanks for sharing it.

I would love to walk down your path, it's so beautiful I love the flagstones, and the creeping jenny you didin't metion where you live, I have some but so slow coming up in the cold Alberta climate....Canada

Just curious, where do you live? I have the creeping Jenny in pots but have never planted it in the garden. Can it survive a NY winter?

I love how you are using the Creeping Jenny. So far, I have used it only in my pots, but will start planting in elsewhere too......thanks for the beautiful ideas....you are a true artist at heart.

The little purple flowers in this photo are ageratum.

The violets (which you can't see in that picture are a curse because they seed themselves everywhere. I thought the purple leaves were so sharp looking next to the yellow leaves of the creeping jenny, but they have popped all over. I have to hand pick the tiny seedlings out of all my ground covers. I'll post a photo of the little devils this spring to warn others of their nature.

I love your garden. Thanks for the names of the plants especially because I live in Ohio and always looking for new and different types of plants to add that will grow in my region.

Also, why do you say the violets are a curse? They look beautiful there. Do they choke out other plants?
