Room to grow in for a 9 year old girl. First I did the 13 year old room and now the 9 year olds. I sanded, primed and painted all of the furniture myself and changed the hardware to crystal balls. She wanted pink that's the rooms color with coral as an accent. Money was tight so we bought 2 bed frames (she had bunk beds that swallowed the room before) and to key costs down I used curtains as the headboard. She loves animals so there are some accents in there that are cats, giraffes etc. she loved the space when she saw it. More grown-up than she had but not too mature so that she doesn't enjoy it.

This is a room I did for one of my client's 14 year old girl. She insisted on having the blue walls, which I fought her on, but in the end I think it turned out looking pretty cool. We ended up coming in at a little less than $3,000 for the entire room. All the bedding and the headboard are custom made by my upholsterer (except for the brown duvet). Luckily the client wasn't afraid to use colors and patterns. It was such a fun room to do!

Inspired by my daughters love of Barbie and her dream of visiting Paris. We used a color palette of black, white, bright and soft pinks. The goal was to create a glamorous, yet functional space, fit for a five year old princess to grow with.
