We cleaned it up, added a deck and landscaping.People walk in the evenings and visit with neighbors as they walk by. Its a lake community so most people only have a front yard and no back yard. We are lucky that we have both and enough room to build a garage.

Hubby & I spent 18 months creating an outdoor space (18' x 18') complete with a cedar pavilion, flagstone patio, outdoor kitchen, and wood & gas burning fireplace. It's been a labor of love that has given us many happy moments with family & friends. Welcome to our home:)

We added a fireplace, built-in grill and bar area to our patio. We also added a pergola with ceiling fans and outdoor lighting.
