Renovated piers and support under the house. One of the 6 fireplaces upgrades, but just for looks. Replace support beams under front and back porch. Painting outside and replacing and fixing shutters. Kitchen and downstairs bathroom renovated. Total 3-4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. My problem is keeping paint on the front roof. The sides and back hold the green paint, but, the front fades in 1-2 years. Does anyone have a solution?
