Our house was built in 1936. It has 7 different levels inside the house (lots of steps up and down! We converted the garage into a family room about 15 years ago and have added a good size kitchen this year. Our lot is almost 3/4 acre. (large for city lot.

jewel in the ruff what a wonderful home i would love to see the new kitchen many yrs ago my x parents had a home similar to this rooms and steps everywhere but o gosh what a home it was very close to yours....think i am in love!!

Kaye's Cottage Kitchen, 2009 kitchen addition to a house built in 1936. Original kitchen was made into a "butler's pantry" adjacent to the new addition. Tried to go for a cottage country look. Didn't want it to be overly country. Wanted a more "contemporary country" feel if there is such a thing.
