The outside of this home was damaged the previous year from a storm which killed one tree and damaged a second. The grass was dying and the homeowner wanted to upgrade the home form the standard builder products and make the home more upscale and refined. The home main floor facade was demolished, the vinyl siding was removed, the doors replaced and electrical fixtures replace along with resoding the grass. 75% of the work was complete by the homeowner.
