I bought this house 7 months ago for 600 dollars. It was marked for demolition as it was a complete mess but the structure was sound! Just needed cleaning and updating. It is far from finished but here are the before and after photos of what it is now

OH I know you are having so much fun doing this....I have worked my tail off on houses my whole life....mostly when I was young and had lots of energy and NO money..... but lots of ideas. I love what you are doing...find it...pick it up...haul it home....wash...scrub....sand...paint or wax....your back hurts, your hands get rough....but your spirit soars with what you have done. This is what makes a person special...not just the house....but YOU are a special woman to be doing this....It is what separates the doers from the ones that just "wish"....YOU make it happen in your life.
