You both really did a fantastic job on your kitchen and dining table set. You could even still do some sort of window treatment made from the same fabric as your chairs, if you wanted to. A box pleated valance, roman shades or cute cafe curtains would like nice hung inside the window frame. Just a suggestion, though, because I love your kitchen as it is! 5 stars!

It's gorgeous, even with the old appliances. When you eventually buy new ones, I bet stainless would really compliment that beautiful and unique color choice. Wish I were so daring. And I love the way you mirrored the bottom, left corner of the window with the open shelves. It frames the door, makes the window a focal point, and just pulls that whole wall together. Okay, I was going to mention the table and chairs, as well, but I'll stop. The outcome speaks for itself. You guys should be very proud of yourselves. It takes a lot vision, confidence and talent to create something that fabulous on a budget. And it's very rewarding when you've done the work yourselves. Great job! I gave you a well-deserved five stars.

Thanks. Updated appliances are in the near future. Just wanted to get the ugly walls done. Plus, we're a couple on a budget. lol

Cute! The aqua walls and red door really work together, which isn't something I would have expected, but it looks good. Love the floor too.
