This is not a big kitchen or big house at all, but when some walls are removed and others are added, can make a big difference and impresion. The advantage of a small place is that you can splurge and keep it under budget. The open concept give the illusion of space as long as it is cohisive and monocromatic. Try it and you will see the difference.
