The 1990s oak kitchen in my new-to-me lakehouse was dated, worn-out, and provided little storage space. With my Handy Hubby, I removed the upper cabinetry and tile, painted the remaining lower cabinets turquoise, added crisp white paneling, open shelving and DIY pantry, built a DIY solid maple counter, plus added a shiny new sink, faucet, and hardware. It's a temporary solution to get us through the next five years while we save for a major remodel, but we like it so much it might stick around longer!

Accent wall just off my kitchen... Painted (Warm Caramel), New mirrors hung horizontally, lamp, vases, metal wall art, and framed art, all items I already had... So I just arranged them... And created a nice warm space off my kitchen...
