So, here it is. Last summer, it was finally decided that our home no longer fit our family. (People & Pets alike We searched the market. Oh did we ever! They say, when you know, you know and in this case it was ever so true!
I knew going in, I was going BIG, and BOLD, or I wasn't going at all, and in my mind the house could carry it. I wanted it all. I wanted to do all the crazy idea's I was too afraid to do in the previous home. I wanted people to scratch their heads (not real sure why and then say, "OK, I kinda get it, this is cool" I wanted & needed to be outside the "box." I'll let you be the judge I guess.
Truthfully though, through the process (not even close to completion -- 3 months after the big move I've learned a lot about myself, and just how much I love STUFF! I just love things, I love to find things. I like to search out those pieces that call my name (Whether it came from the local discount store, flea market, Nana's mantle, or attic, or where ever I think everything I own may have a story behind it. (Where I obtained it from, who the shop owner is, and how wonderful they are, how I had a nice little chat with the clerk @ the store, and so on Not always sentimental mind you, but a story none-the-less. (Do I sound like an old lady?!?!? LOL
Anywho - as things progress & time allows and I fall more and more in love with this house (though I'm not sure, because I'm already far past smitten I plan to post these pictures. Love or hate it....It is me. Eclectic & fun, and colorful & just plain full! (Full of thoughts & Things & Ideas, and the list goes on, much like the house that keeps me
