I love the drama of the dark walls and black chairs paired with the refreshing white! I love the white sofa and curtains and the artwork colors repeated in the throw pillows. This is such a pretty room!

Your choice of colors and use of space is great. The white really makes the room look refreshing. I'd love to know what it looks like in daylight because it's beautiful even in artificial light.

I find your design of this room very interesting. On the one hand I'm not a fan of very dark walls, but...you have brought so much life into this space in the way you have used the bright colors. The walls are pretty much non existant, with the focus being on the furnishings, just as it should be. Smart! The whites add a calmess to this space, that could otherwise become too energic, thus creating a nice ballance. If there is one thing worth mentioning, it is that perhaps the lamp shade is a bit too tall for the somewhat low profile of the furniture. Perhaps if the shade was closer to the height of the lampshade on the lamp at the other end of the sofa. Just a thought.While contemporary isn't my cup of tea. I can certainly admire & appreciated your taste & style. Well done, my friend.
