Totally agree with first comment. Wood floors will make a wonderful addition to your home! Too much wood everything will get lost...You could try painting the coffee table, use a slip cover on one of the couches and bring in color with pillows...A beautiful space..

Yes, do the hardwoods, as long as you're doing all three rooms. You don't want mis-matched wood [or wood-look] when the rooms are all open to each other. Since you have so much oak, beige walls, and brown furniture, I'd go with something more dramatic like a dark mahogany or a hickory. I like what you picked out, but you need some contrast somewhere... maybe paint the coffee table and dining set black? Get some color in throw pillows, large art, and an area rug. You have a beautiful start... nice fireplace, windows, and furniture. Good luck and have fun!
