Nice! Few suggestions: Some home centers have cord cover ups for the tv cord. In a living room it's really worth it to get that. Decor is like makeup - emphasize the positive and hide the negative! I've also seen [I don't know what they're called] scrunchy fabric things to cover cords up as well. Switch out beige couch pillows for purple pattern ones. That area is missing something. Switch out empty frames on walls for art.com artwork, or a round iron piece. Mix it up and put some more round shapes in with all the squares and rectangles in this room! Switch out pillows under table for two skinny storage "stand up" ottomans. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks guys...the mirror resides on the floor next to the table...there is a larger tv that sits on the table. This was the first day of move-in. Things have been altered since.

Very nice considering you repurposed most of what you had. The only thing is the pillow don't make sense under the console. I'd keep an eye out for a nubby basket that tucks away under there.

Nice job of repurposing things to create a furnished first apartment! I keep a few things in storage for when my kids move out on their own too that I know they won't be able to afford at first but would appreciate having. The only thing I don't like is the tv on the console table w/mirror behind it. I think it should either be a console w/mirror or a tv stand but not both. If that's all there is to put the tv on, I would definitely remove the mirror since it's blocked and since it shows the ugly reflection of the back of the tv. Otherwise, nice job!
