Altho well executed, this room is neither Monochromatic, nor chotskee free, as it should be as ordained by the inside out access. More metal tones, less grandma's fabric, perhaps an animal pattern in the silver/grey/electric blue tones, to produce even more awe and "state change" in the guests.

Living Room, In my 1930's home, I've tried hard to integrate my modern taste with some of the traditional elements, such as the moldings and archways.
