I am in the midst of redecorating our living room. We are going with a coastal cottage vibe. I plan on painting the walls an almost white shade and using a hunter green (like the sofas, butter yellow and sky blue color palette to make it pop. My biggest problem is our wall with the fireplace. We have a built in to the left of the fireplace but just an open wall to the right, leaving the room very left side heavy. I would love to one day build a matching built in to the other side, but right now its not an option. I desperately need ideas for the right side of the fireplace and any suggestions on furniture placement. Just to help, we no longer have the coffee table or the lounge chair that is in the pictures, just the sofa and love seat.
