|Did the fake pannels like suggested.. still would like to find a lighter color,but... trust me.. I have searched and searched... Canada is hard to find certain things.
We are still gutting the fireplace.. this one doesn't work well... and I want a modern style.. then tiling it..... maybe next yr.
Thinking of new floors... still keeping it light but not this ugly honey color. I have to say nothing in this room cost much money...
Couch was $75
coffee table $30
end tables $75 each
Lamps were old ones,and got new shades
Long grey buffet was $275...worth every cent.
little cabinet, was $40
Silver tall lamp.. $125...that was alot for me to spend .
I love making old furniture new again.... why spend tons of money if you don't need to. We don't use this room,so I refuse to spend tons of money on it.
Yes still need a big area rug.
