Thanks! I'm fairly proud of it. We went from builders off white and light floors to this. Had to balance hubby's need for a more masculine space. The fireplace wall is textured. We had a painter who used spackle to texture it, and then a darker paint wiped on and off to give it some depth. The rug came from overstock. You can really find some good values there, we have dogs, and the rugs only last about a year, so I can't spend too much in them! Lol

This is a really beautiful space...very warm and inviting. Personally, I think the blue shade is perfect. It ties in with the blue in your rug and pillows. Nicely done!

TV to small, also i would loose the lamp, Blue shade looks out of place in this room and i would paint the walls with the windows same color as the rest of the room. LOVE the rug, its a beautiful room.
