It is a shame you have to use the room for exercise, but maybe turning the treadmill to face the tv would help you get through the routine. Like the coffee table but the front feet of the sectional need to sit on the rug. Look to replace the rug with one that picks up the colors in this art and the piece in the dining area. These colors aren't working with the blues that dominate the art. Some throw pillows in those art colors would help make the sectional more inviting. The beige leather looks cold, but the colors in your art are lively and warm, even with the blue. TV is too high above the furniture under it. Like art, things on the wall don't need to float to the ceiling but visually "attach" to the piece they are over. Would love to see drapes hung floor to ceiling, matched here & at the French doors to tie your space together. These might be used elsewhere. I think you've got potential and a good start, just keep tweaking it.
