My condo patio (15' X 9' ) was so dull. I had tile installed over the concrete slab. Next I had my father in law who is a welder, fabricate a shelf for a 32"
LCD TV. He used old bed frame rails and cut the bracket plates off and weld them at 90 degrees. He then fabricated two shelves. I then ran a 20' HDMI cable from inside through the wall. TV set up / take down time is 20 seconds. Add an ice chest and a Weber gas grill. The MANCAVE is complete.
