My wife and I purchased a recently built home in the Naples Florida area known as Golden Gate Estates. We only had one serious issue with the home. The pool area was too small to have our hot tub installed within the caged in pool area. Our only solution was to demo the brand new cage for the pool area and expand the pool deck and re-install a larger and taller pool cage. We started out with a pool area that was 25 feet by 35 feet and when we finished we have now a caged in pool area measuring 40 feet by 45 feet. The cement work, having a tiki hut 10 feet by 12 feet built and the pool cage were the only contracted work I hired out.
