Nice atmosphere!

I think you'll have to get rid of the plastic pots & Adirondack chairs. Add a fire and a water feature. You have the tiles & plants already, but need real pots for plants. Also look for a pot/bubbler fountain and a fire bowl. I suggest going to houzz.com & search in the box at the top for "spanish patio" & dropdown "photos" to get more ideas. Try one of the Espana or Espana Border indoor/outdoor rugs from homedecorators.com to add more color. Then find fabric for a cushion on the blue bench and pillows to go with it for the iron bench, taking your color and pattern cue from the rug. The blue bench works but you may decide to change the color later. If you can find items decorated with colorful Spanish tiles, that may give you a color direction. You may have to change the bench color to a less Caribbean shade.
