I think that the L shaped box need some refinishing/painting. It looks a little too rustic. I would also add some colorful potted flowers.

I think the rock shadow box is a useful idea. Now there's a place for those sweet sentiments from a sweet day!

@melrose80- sorry for the confusion but it is a 8x8 apartment version of a sun room with the two walls of windows and @hgtvluv46- that is your opinion but when I say "rustic" I mean natural how I found it in the woods and to me it adds character, as far as the whole room in general I agree it needs works but we are moving into a house anyway so I was just showing my creations:

I don't like this room, it don't do nothing for me. Needs to get rid of the rust with a sandpaper to make it look newer.

Where's the sunroom...........
