Our pool project was completed after labor day so we didn't really get to use it this year. This is a fiberglass pool with brick surround and stamped concrete. The pool house is 18' x 30' including the porch and has vinyl cedar shake siding. It has a cathedral ceiling, 2 piece bath, kitchenette and an outside shower. The pool equipment is also in a separate room on the back. The floor in the pool house is also stamped concrete. There are about 25 yards of stamped concrete in this project. Due to the slope of the yard we excavated and had a retaining wall installed using the same brick that is on our house foundation. All of this is surrounded by a 6' privacy fence. Since it was late in the year we seeded with winter rye but had Bermuda sod installed beside the pool house. We plan on landscaping in the spring.
