This foreclosure was in need of it all. Refinishing the pool, cleaning the existing canopy, adding ceiling fans and a lush landscape was all that was needed to transform this space to everything a Florida buyer wants. Home sold in 6 days for $40,000 over appraisal.

When we purchased our 1965 Fort Lauderdale home we had the intention of renovatiing the existing pool, but after receiving quotes we felt it was not worth the money. As a resort designer I took it upon myself to design a resort style pool and this is what I came up with. Enjoy
after a long 5 years we finally finished and open our pool.
big doors, skylights, cedar finish on the ceiling, stone on the floor.
check out the before pictures. hope you like the outcome.
