Southern Charm Outdoor Living, our outdoor extension of the house - we do a lot of grilling, swimming, and enjoying life here with family and friends, Pools Design
Resort at Home, This pool is situated overlooking the Wye River in Maryland. Pool features a sun deck with an outdoor kitchen just steps away. , Pools Design
Lanni into a Florida Room, This is a new look for our Florida Home. We took an outdoor Lanni and Changed it into an Indoor Florida Room. The room is totally integrated into the interior of the home. Its like bringing the outside in. Even though we liked our home and our pool home was totally screened in, you could only live outside 6 months out of the year in comfort. Our Florida Room faces North so for the most part no direct sun. We removed post from our 10 by 50 lanni to better open up the space. There are (2) 20 foot sliding glass doors and (1) 10 foot slider that we use for everyday use to get to the pool area. When we have great weather or have a large party we open the 40 feet of glass doors and it really opens up the house to the outside. We also wanted a party prep area so that we can store party items, fix drinks, place food for for a large gathering. The one thing I consider different that I would ask you to consider If you are looking for granite counters consider a water fall counter and put the toe kick in granite. Another nice thing that looks good is to put granite on your window ledge. It really looks sharp without a lot of added cost.. The outdoor kitchen will be the next project we tackle as well as a revamp of the pool area. Was it worth it. Yes Would we do it again YES. We are very happy with the results , Pools Design
