Slate Tiled Front Porch, My home was built in 1899 and we have slowly been making update.  The porch was a cement slab.  I found inexpensive slate and decided to try my first tiling project.  Tiles are placed at a diagonal to reduce the uneven appearance.  I seal the porch every six months to keep it weather protected., Porches Design
