SMALL BATHROOM SOLUTIONS, So you're renting, and the bathrooms aren't quite the same size as what you use to have? Lack of storage space? Lack of wall space? Just lack of space - period? Here's a few small changes I made to one of our now small bathrooms. In our FL townhome before, we had 2 and a 1/2 bathrooms, offering both space + storage. Now we've gone to two, probably equally the size of our master bathroom before. A small space transformation like this can be done in a day. It's simple enough for a rental, or even a home staging if you need to sell. If you're looking for a simple weekend project for your home, this would be a great project to do, plus maybe add stencil or stripes to the walls for extra wow. Home Office Makeover , Converted an unused bedroom into an home office. I infused this room with lots of bright, soft colours. The patterns, textures and colours used in this room help to create an energetic and unique feminine feel. , Home Offices Design
Hall Bathroom, I used to have striped wallpaper that I loved but it was old so I stripped it and painted stripes on it. I re-did the floor by laying plank vinyl tile over the nasty old linoleum my dog tore up. I love it!, Bathrooms Design
coastal guest bedroom, I do love this bedroom, because we moved from a place that was half the size of the apt we are living now we are still adding things to it. Our landlord is VERY strict, that's why I couldn't even put up some nice curtains, I had to put some sheers on a tension rod so I wouldn't damage anything, he does not accept anything on the walls except thumb tacks or very small nails but I still like this bedroom, there's one thing I still want to change, it's the tv stand. I have never liked this thing but it works for now, later when we have more budget for this room I will replace this stand. Do you think it needs anything else? Give me ideas. Remember, I cannot paint walls or mount anything really. Thanks for looking. Oh, I love diy-ing so if you have any DIY idea I would love to read it., Bedrooms Design
