thanks for all the comment...my HOA "barely" approved the blue accent...I do not think I can add it anywhere. As for the house paint colour, it is from Benjamin Moore. I bought the paint from a local surplus store...so painting the entire house only cost me about 180 to 200 bucks while if I go to Home Depot...it could easily be about 700 bucks just for the paints.

I love the house color and especially the blue door. I see you are also from Florida. I agree that you need more blue accents. In the left side of the photo you have a large expanse of grass that does nothing for the rest of your landscape. Perhaps a rock garden? There is a new book out called "Lawn Gone" by Pam Pennick. Many of her ideas work well in Florida as our water resources are limited and often rationed. I have been using succulents in my beds and planters. They love the well draining soil (sand and tolerate the heat well. Good luck! Would you mind sharing the brand and specific color of paint you used on the body of your house? I'm looking to repaint this summer.

Nice so far and big improvement. I'd move the light to over the door ( different style or hanging from ceiling. New pots by door to coordinate with blue door and flowers with multi color look under tree and pots with tall foliage.

Scatter that beautiful front door blue to other things around the yard. Cushions on a bench under the tree, gazing ball, sculptures, etc.

Very nice and clean, but I would suggest some color around the tree flowers yellow,blues,red I always think flowers around trees are pretty, also along your side walk will liveing it up, and up close to house where your scrubs place a few Solar lights about 10 or 12 should be enough. your door ,look like you changed it to be Blue , I would have had a Rustic color, burnt orange,close to Red, but since it is Blue , trim your top and bottom front eaves, around roof same color blue, all these new arrangements will be ''Eye Opening Curb Appeal !
