My (non-hunter) Hunting Lodge Bedroom, My (non-hunter) hunting lodge, cave-like bedroom: I built the very large headboard with wood molding then upolstered four padded squares and buttons with black cordoroy. I enjoy the large scale of it in the small room...very dramatic. I also painted a couple of kid's trophies for accent color. I got the koolio Bollywood pillow at CB2!, Bedrooms Design

Lavender Feminine Vintage Nursery , Trying to capture a vintage feel in a small 8 X 9 room having to reuse old furniture updated with new drawer pulls and a crib from WalMart. Bedding was bought off of eBay. This room was under $300 to pull together. Trying for a vintage feel? What do you think? , Nurseries Design
Finding Focus with a Funky Fireplace, Our small and oddly arranged living room space features a fireplace that stands alone between kitchen/dining room and living room. Because it isn't centered in either space, the fireplace doesn't easily serve as the focal point in the room. An oak mantel and decorative sconces add Old World charm, as does an antique engraving in an Baroque gold frame. The space is both living room and media center, but an ecclectic and mis-matched mix of family heirloom furniture and custom built contemporary oak furniture isn't working. The effect is anything but relaxing and doesn't have any sense of focus or purpose., Living Rooms Design
