<3, With a budget of 300 dollars , i tried to create a new and exciting place for my first year at college. The room is set in the dreary city , where i dot receive much light , so bold color was a must. I hope you all enjoy my space , and i look forward to putting up more of my creations, as i progress in life. , Dorm Rooms Design

First College Apartment Bedroom, First college apartment. Furniture included. Purchased comforter set from Accessories purchased from my favorite stores: Ross, TJ Max, Stein Mart, and Garden Ridge. Nightstand purchased from Hobby Lobby. Made Initial frame on desk. Painted three stripes on focal wall to add a little dimension and interest in room. Really enjoyed helping my daughter design her new room. My baby girl has grown up!, Dorm Rooms Design

E's Man Space, I designed this space for my 11 year-old son in the hope that it would see him through college. He loved it so much he promised to keep his room clean forever. That lasted about a week, but it's still a favorite among him and his friends., Boys' Rooms Design
Tween Chic-Fun, My daughter decided she wanted her bedroom redecorated for her 11th birthday. She had shared her room with her older sister who loves pink (before she left for college). So her first request was no pink! To get ideas we viewed alot of RMS rooms and she liked black & white best. She has always been "Miss Drama"! She picked the wall colors and bedding, helped paint, and put up the ribbon trim then I put it all together to surprise her on her birthday. She was so excited and loves the chandeliers! Since her birthday she has added the wall art and most of the accessories. She loves her more grown up and sophisticated room (and so do both her older sisters and their college friends)!, Girls' Rooms Design
New Bedding, Hello: If you have come across this post, please let me know how you found it; if it's not too much trouble. On my computer, I realized it is missing from it's category "Girls Rooms". I can only get to it by the main page and searching thru the dozens of new posts, by viewing one of my older posts, or signing into my uploads. I reported to HGTV but no response from them yet. Thank you for taking time to respond.

I posted in haste and did not provide any info [sorry]. This is a repost. I am reposting with the new bedding. I waited for over year for this bedding to go on sale at Anthropologie because a lot of their stuff is over-priced IMO -- but everything is unique and beautiful so I shop there a lot. Designs on the walls are hand-painted. This is my oldest daughters' room and we wanted it peaceful for her to study while she attended college and grad school. She spends a lot of time in here studying.

I will try to post more pics later of where we divided the room with the curtain and beads. We painted the desk with the same design on the walls (Indian Mehndi).

Have a great holiday!, Girls' Rooms Design
