This is my 2 1/2 yr. old Georgia's room. When her younger sister Evelyn, is older she will share it with her. I am not quite finished but I am very proud of this room and I did it fairly cheaply! Hooray for me!

When we purchased this home the kitchen appeared to be a bit updated. The previous owner laid down tile floors, and laid tiles on the counter, and updated some lighting fixtures. With that stated, although my kitchen is small, I know it has far more potential then it currently shows.
We wanted the kids to maintain the playroom and learn to respect and care for their space. They are just nearing homework age so they need a desk and a place that's just theirs. On the right is for a 3 yr old girl and the left a 5 yr old boy. We also have a one year old that uses the room...so lots of closed storage is a must. We threw out the toys they don't use. Made sure everything had a place and tried to "hide" everything.
This is our beloved cottage near Lake Michigan and a very special room just for the girls dress-up time!
