We live on a military base and just recently moved in so I don't have much finished but I was so excited when I finished my dining room buffet that I just wanted to share it and see what y'all thought. Rate please.

When I fulfilled a lifetime dream of traveling to England, I was enchanted by their cottage gardens. They were so lovely and informal - with herbs and vegetable all mixed in together. Another clever idea was they were frequently located in the front entry, instead of grass! I now have a English Cottage Garden as I walk up to my front door. Who would have guessed I could bring a little of England home with me?.

We wanted to add a beautiful outdoor space for our growing family. We incorporated pieces from pier one, world market, pottery barn, home depot and local garage sales for this eclectic colorful look. We have a glider, rockers, swings to create a comfortable space. The interior of the pergola is lined with lights, lanterns and chandeliers for a cozy, romantic look at night.
We bought our home in1992 and haven't done anything to update the kitchen since. Although its functionality was good, it was very dated. Please, let me know what you think and if there are suggestions to make it better, I would love to hear from you!
