My parents have a 16 room two story home which has been featured in every magazine imaginable. My mom was the talent behind the design. She passed away in 2008 and my twin sister and I keep her gardens alive. We give tours throughout the year as my mom's legacy lives on.
We started from a blank slate and this is the finished product. Hope you like!

After losing our 12 year old golden recently, it's time to concentrate on the outdoor space. There's dead grass, a torn gazebo top, cracked patio, too big of a planting area that's a hodge podge of different plants. All of which aren't doing all that great.

This client wanted a very low maintenance, drought tolerant garden. I used a high quality artificial grass to give her a green look.

My husband and I constructed this garden to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Our boys helped to build the patio and retaining wall. It's our favorite place to hang out in the summer. The gazebo is screened in so we don't have to worry about bugs. There are four large maple trees surrounding the gazebo so it is cool and breezy. We have a hammock strung up between two of the trees and it's a great place to nap or relax. The hammock is big enough for both of us so we use this as a spot to reconnect with each other after a busy week.
